My name is Jonathan Davis, and I work with GoKeyless as the Director of Customer Experience. I want to begin by expressing my sincere apologies for the unpleasant experience you had with our company. We always strive to offer positive, seamless, and successful customer service, and it's disheartening to hear that we didn't meet your expectations or our standards of service. In order to process our orders as quickly as possible, we normally ship all items on the order as soon as they are available. When specific items are on back order or require services to be rendered, they will arrive separately from any items that are available for immediate fulfillment unless the order has been requested to be shipped complete. I deeply apologize for the lack of communication on the lead time for the remaining product. We are currently implementing new automated systems this year to ensure that all of our customers are up to date at all times on the full status of their order. If you are willing, I would love to hear your feedback on your interactions with our Customer Service staff so that we can make the necessary improvements and ensure that all of our customers have a positive experience working with our team.
