(Oil leak = Massive) On Tuesday March 1st 22, I ***** **** took the van to Walmart to get a oil change and upon proceeding to start the oil change change the worker noticed a massive oil leak, and the worker showed me on his phone what the bottom of the van look like and he stated to me sorry maam we cannot do a oil change until the massive oil leak gets taken care of first. So I immediately got on the phone and called ***** and he said what you what me to do about it. I got 2 customers you will have to call me back at this point he got an attitutude so I drove back to the dealership. Please read attached paperwork pertaining to purchase and complaints. Direct me to lawsuit office if necessary.Business response

*** **** contacted me about a oil leak. She was told to call Dayton Transmission ( our service provider) for a diagnosis of the problem. She did not call, but came in wanting her money back. I again told her she needed to contact our service provider. She became very angry and started to become very belligerent and using profanity and a very loud voice. At that time she was told to leave and is banned from the premises. Later that day, her son came in and threatened to burn the place down. The Moraine police were called and have issued a restraining order against him. The offer to her to use our service provider to try and help her is off the table. The vehicle was sold As-Is and she was aware of this when she did the paperwork. *** **** needs to take her van to another service center.
