Highly do not recommend I went here a year ago Feb 10th and was very clear when stating I needed a car that was SAFE AND RELIABLE as I have kids that would be in it. Back in June the engine and radiator needed replaced covered on warranty that’s fine whatever. But now the power steering module needs replaced and that costs $2,200 that isn’t covered on warranty but the car had a recall for it THEY FAILED TO MENTION THIS RECALL. They don’t accurately count the miles, as I have a picture of when I first got the car there was over the mileage they stated that there were. So it’s either I pay them $1,500 upfront to get in a new car plus a down payment for the new car which if I could afford that I would just get the power steering fixed in this one. Bad service all around! Now I’m stuck paying $10,000 for this c***** Chevy Malibu that isn’t even worth it!

Ms. ****** knew there was an open recall related to the safety belt lap anchor tensioner cable. She initialed the Carfax Vehicle History Report indicating that she was provided the information at the time of sale. That is the only open recall on the vehicle, and has absolutely nothing to do with the power steering module that needed replaced. We are sorry that the vehicle experienced vehicles soon after it was leased. This vehicle has over 120,000 miles and is 12 years old. Service issues will occur, which is why warranties are offered. Unfortunately, this the repair did not fall under warranty. It is our understanding that ******* has had the vehicle fixed, and it is now in good working order. We appreciate Ms. ******'s business and hope her experience from now on is much better. Thanks for the comments.Review from Myra J

Image making more than enough to get a car financed and being told no because you aren't married. Oh did I mention own a paid off house. But they tell you that they won't even run your application because they can't get you approved if you aren't married. They claim to base payments and such on monthly income. They didn't even look at that. As soon as we said that we were not married They said they couldn't get us approved and that was it. I guess over $4000 a month income isn't enough.Trusty Cars and Credit Response

******************- You were not denied a vehicle because you are not married, which you initially claimed to be. You were denied because you do not have a verifiable source of income, or a qualified co-signer. The key here is VERIFIABLE INCOME. If you had that, you would likely not need a qualified co-signer. I was told that they wouldn't even run my application because I wasn't married. They knew nothing of my income or my co signers income. We hadn't even finished filling out the application. So there is zero way that any VERIFIABLE INCOME would have been a question. We had ZERO problems purchasing a car somewhere else because they actually ran our application and didn't even ask if we were married like this company did.
