For anyone that is looking for a reliable, honest, hardworking contractor I highly recommend Ideal Construction and Renovations LLC. I had the hardest time trying to find a contractor that does work on rotted sill plates and floor joists. Someone recommended him on Facebook and I’m so thankful. I was nervous after having some not so good experiences with others, but took a chance and I’m so glad I did. Chad did an amazing job from showing up to give me an estimate, working with me and my budget, waiting patiently for when I was able to get this done while following up with me during my waiting period of saving up money for my big project. When it was time he and his crew arrived like he said, showed up everyday after that until the project was done. He showed me everything that was wrong and every step he did to fix it so I knew exactly what was being done and I could see everything he did. The work was done beautifully and I am very happy with the outcome. He is very knowledgeable and answered so many questions about everything I asked him about my house. I have several other projects I will be using him for this spring. I wished I would have found him sooner and maybe would have saved myself some money and stress. He does everything so I am happy I finally found a honest, reliable contractor that does amazing work! Give them a call you won’t be disappointed!!!
