Do not use this company. They charge for services on their invoice. When you cancel they refuse to refund your money. They said they were going to do the service for free so there is no refund. They also charged me $2100 to clean up dead carpet beetles. The clean up was good, but nothing alive to kill.I was told I had mites and something else, maybe bed bugs in my bed. Actually, both beds. I should not sleep in either bedrooms for several days. I had lots of miserable nights on my couch. When he came back, he tried to sell me a preventive treatment for bed bugs for $1,400,I had another professional check and did I not have bed bugs, nor was their any evidence of ever having bedbugs. No reason for any preventive or otherwise treatment for bed bugs. No reason for me to sleep on my uncomfortable couch for days. This exterminator incited panic and tried to sell me a service I did not need. I would not recommend this company for anything.. If I could give them a zero, I would.

will begin by saying that in over twenty five years in business, never have I experienced a person with more difficult to work with than this woman After arriving at this customers home and listening to her complain about prior pest control companies, I can honestly say that I was hesitant to do this job initially, but I thought maybe she just needed help. She explained that she had numerous pest control companies out prior to us and complained how one company had left white powder and made a mess ,and that none of them had gotten rid of the bugs that were still continuing to bite her. She showed me a place on her elbow and I told her that it did not look like a bed bug bite but more like a scratch.She also said her fingers were getting bit, but when I looked at them. I saw no marks or bites.I asked her if she had seen a doctor, and that maybe she had mites or maybe some type of a rash, etcShe complained about getting bit by no- seeums , and other white flying bugs, in her office room and in the kitchen.. said she had actually contacted her new window installers about this,( the possibility of bugs being in the new windows),along with the hoa , and another agency as well, about standing water in the vicinity leading to her bug problems. I thought this was a bit strange. She told me that ***** had been there in the last couple of days and that they found carpet beetles in her front/ office room, and that they gave her a quote in excess of $4,000 to treat that roomShe asked me to inspect that ***** did an inspection and did find eggs/ larvae along with dead carpet beetles.. I explained this to her and that we could treat the same area for the carpet beetles, and also do a kitchen clean out ( including treating all of the lower kitchen cabinets )and a general pesticide crack & crevice throughout the entire home .. all of this for less than HALF the price of Orkin. She readily agreed with the quote and said how she was so happy to finally have a company who was honest and also gave her a fair price. We set up the day and time, and came back and did the treatment. She called me a day or so afterwards and said she was still getting bit. I came back to her home and she had some Bugs laying on the kitchen counter that had been biting her.. We looked at these together ( her daughter was also present ) and I explained to them both that these were not bugs, in fact it included a piece of rice, and a piece of fabric/carpet/ yarn. I also noticed the smell of pesticides was very strong..she had a can of pesticide mounted to the wall ( time -releasing a general pesticide) into the air inside the condo. I explained to them that I didnt think this was necessary and that it was actually not good for her health ( to continually breath that ) . I did not find any evidence or indication of a live bug anywhereI told her that I did not find anything to warrant any further treatment, and I left. ***** once again texted me a day or so later, and insisted she was still getting bit , and just wanted them gone .. I went back and she walked me into a couple rooms showing me what she thought were little white bugs . These are on the tops on her furniture throughout the condo, and are actually dust and little tiny specs flecs of white paint from her popcorn ceiling.. I took the time to thoroughly explain this to herIt was at this point, that I knew she was not going to be happy no matter who or what company that tried to help her and that her issues may be beyond pest control She went on to say that a friend had come to stay with her for a short time and that she brought in roaches, and she knew that she also had bed bugs and was concerned how long the bugs, eggs, larvae could live, etc.Once again, she said she just wanted them gone and insisted that we inspect and treat her beds, as well as the sofa bed in the front room..as we had already treated the entire home, with the exception of the beds . I inspected the first bed and found more larvae and dead carpet beetles in the box springs but once again, nothing live, including bed bugsShe asked if there was a product that would be the best preventative measure just in case her friend did in fact bring in bed bugsNever at any point, did I try to sell her anything. In fact, She insisted that we treat the beds, and that she would prefer to sleep on the couchuntil a couples days after the treatmentI gave her a quote and she scheduled the treatment of the beds and sofa bed..the next thing I know she demands a partial refund and writes this completely false/ twisted review.Concerning her comments about a refund .. she was referring to a FREE exterior spray that we would throw in in the spring and spray around the front of her condo at NO charge. she was well AWARE of that. We do not owe her a dime, in fact Id like to have been paid for the numerous trips and time I spent trying to help this lady..not to mention the time responding to this nonsense.We have been in business for over twenty years , and have helped hundreds of repeat clients/ customers.As I said .I shouldve known better than to take this job in the first place, I guess some people you just cant do enough to please or even help them.
