contacted this business to fix a whirlpool washing machine. On about 9/15/22 performed first service. Diagnosed problem as inlet valve and returned w part about 2 wks later. Washer was not fixed by this repair . They said it needed bearings and returned on 10/22/22 to fix. Paid them 395.00. Was told to wait a couple of days before using.
On 10/24 I tried to run a cycle. The washing machine still does not work.
Called and talked with the receptionist. She said they would not come out again under any circumstances to finish the job. That they couldn’t ‘just keep coming over there’ and hung up on me. This lady sounds like there is something wrong with her.
They’ve charged us so far for parts and labor that were either unnecessary or improperly diagnosed and performed.
