              They don't respond to emails or complete a job! They didn't listen to my concerns. I know have to reach out to a different company to fix there errors. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND

              I received this email from the BBB today. Not aware of any installation issues or things not complete. I did call ******* at her specific number and the voice mail was full. I have left a message of concern to *****. Installation of their product was completed 5/24/2021. I have had no interaction with the customer since the installation. ***** ****

              I have attempted contacts with emails displaying my unfinished flooring and concerns, without any answer. I felt as though the individual selling the flooring didn't listen to my biggest concerns and the installer rushed the job and missed areas.

              In an email, I asked for my problems to be addressed and I received nothing back. There were no additional emails listed, so I couldn't reach anyone else.

              I don't think that it should be this hard to get the job done. I know feel like in order to get the job done I have to reach out elsewhere.

              We pride ourselves in good customer experiences. I spoke with **** the installer and ***** the salesperson, and both would be more than happy with taking care of anything unfinished. Both ***** and I have left messages with ***** as ******** voice mail is full. Normally customers call into the store if there are outstanding issues. We would like to address these issues. ***** ****

              I have attempted to call the store. I left a message and it has not been returned. I do not have another way to get ahold of the company. I cannot find any other ways to contact them- no additional numbers nor emails. I would like the job to be completed.
