Monitor did not work properly - would go off (3 times) and rescure unit was sent to my door! I told them the first time and their repairman came and said he replaced the battery - he no more left and it went off. I canceled that one but it would go off I did not hear the next times. I let them know that I called BBB and they finally sent ck for the false alarms and one month fee. I cancelled the complete system.
I have received check for problem but I paid for the alarm and I cancelled the complete system.
