They need to do better about shipping, is not the first time I order items and you pay for 2 day or overnight delivery and they don't send the packages on time for the package to be deliver on time for what you pay and they promise when you order. Order #******* order was placed on 11/13/2024 and it was supposed to be delivered on 11/15/2024 but it was not sent on time and now the expected delivery is 11/18/2024. Save your money on paying for faster delivery or find another company that honors it.Summit Racing Equipment Response

Unfortunately, once a package leaves our facility we have no control over possible delays in transit. Summit is the absolute very best place to get the parts you need when restoring and repairing your automobile not only do they have stock items but also have loads of hi performance and up graded parts to make your car better than new ! Best of all at Summit when you call to talk to a employee you will have the pleasure of talking to some of the most informed and kind and polite people on the planet, its always truly a pleasure every time I give Summit a call ! On top of that they always have the best price and if you see it for less they match the price ! Now that is service ! And that is why I truly, Highly recommend Summit and their crew ! I have been a loyal customer for many years and I am very thank full for the many times they have helped me with restoring my seven vehicles ***** trucks, 3 Blazers 2 long beds and 1 short bed and my MGB convertible. After a few very good experiences with Summit, I ordered stainless brake lines for my 1997 Chevrolet K2500 pickup. The lines Summit sent me were not even close, and the package said they were for a 1988 Suburban. The error is 100 percent Summit's fault, as I ordered from their web site and I certainly didn't specify a 1998 Suburban (having never owned one).Summit did process a return, but kept $11.99 of the money I sent them. Since this was their error, they should have refunded the entire amount.LMC Truck sent the correct lines; I should have ordered from them in the first place. Their price was $15 higher than Summit's, but then again Summit is into me for $11.99 plus the hassle of a return.They say one "oh, cr@p" wipes out 100 "attaboys." This is a BIG "oh, cr@p" on Summit's part.And, Summit: Please don't bother responding unless there's an $11.99 refund on the way.Summit Racing Equipment Response

We apologize for any possible confusion regarding your order or our return policies. Our records show you placed your order 1808396 for part number RSD-TRA8101S on 9/21/24 via our website. According to the information listed directly on our website, this only fits particular 1981-1987 GM truck and SUV models. You then summitted a return via our website on 9/25/24. The item was then returned to us on 10/1/24 and we issued a refund the same day back to the original purchase method. Since your original order total was under $109, there was an $11.99 handling fee billed on it as shown on our website at the time you placed your order. While normally that is a non-refundable fee as stated in our policies, as a one-time consideration we will go ahead and refund you on that as well. Bought a break booster kit said and still says it comes with brake pedal extenders.But was told they didn't after I received them .the first guy was nice sent me a whole new kit and was told to take out what I needed., but when it come no rods.called back was told it don't come with them and said they had fixed the problem.the guy never apologized and was rude. I ordered disc brake conversion set up over a year ago. I started to install when I noticed one of the rotors was different I gave them a call and explained it to them they sent me another one I don't think any other parts place would of gave me one after that much time I'll definitely keep shopping with summitSummit Racing Equipment Response

Thank you for af****ing us the opportunity to respond to you. Feedback from our customers plays a very important role in our companys mission. Our records show on 7/6/22 you ordered a polyurethane body mount set from us, ENS-4-4125R via our website. You contacted us 7/22/24 stating "Not very satisfied with cab body mounts. They created excessive road noise and cab vibration." We emailed you back on 7/23/24 as to what application it was installed on, so that we could confirm it was correct. You replied to the email on 8/7/24 stating these were installed on 2016 **** f350 cab& chassis. Our representative emailed you back the same day and confirmed that part was correct for the application and stated that "Polyurethane bushings are designed for performance applications. The material is stiffer than stock rubber mounts and will cause a rougher ride, as they do not absorb the bumps or road noise as well as rubber."The polyurethane bushings are more performance based and last much longer than rubber. Polyurethane bushings are harder than stock rubber bushings which comes with increased road noise, increased vibration, and a slight increased harshness. We have included a link below which explains all of this information in great detail. While we certainly arent happy that you are not satisfied, the product in question is operating exactly as it was manufactured to do and is correct for your application. **************************************************************************Review from RICK S

I definitely will not be ordering from Summit again. I ordered a fuel pump and did not receive the one that was pictured I could not use the one I received. Trued to contact them via chat kept giving them all kinds of numbers off the invoice she told me order number had more numbers than what me paperwork showed so I got nowhere with them. Just having a bad day shouldn't take it out on you! Please forgive me!" Our rep responded to you (8/13/2024 @ 7:50 PM): "You're welcome. It's ok, you're fine!
