Consumer beware! The owner is rude, unapologetic, and lakes empathy. I had a brand new roof, gutters, downspouts, and some gutter guards done 13 months ago. This company was not the cheapest but not the most expensive either, I went with him because Atlas shingles was supposed to hold up well against black streaks, time will tell. During the install, there was damage done to my vinyl siding, exhaust vent on roof and marks on driveway. My HVAC guy took care of the vent, and one of his workers removed the marks off driveway. However it took over a year to finally get my damaged siding replaced. Some of that time was because of winter coming, but still took longer than it should have. The owner would not come out, never once apologized for the incident. In fact he kept acting like I was being unreasonable because I wanted my property made whole. The 5 year warranty isn't worth the paper it is written on. The owner won't even take a call, email, or text anymore. Anyone looking to replace your roof I would go elsewhere. Also if I could give zero stars I would for the lack of willingness to fix a problem in a timely manner, and general rudeness of the owner.

As in any business we eventually (after 25+ years) stumble into a client who is impossible to satisfy and has difficulty with details. In this case, we installed and roof, new seamless gutters, and surflo leaf guards for Mr. C***. After we were finished and a few weeks had past; Mr. C*** said a couple pieces of siding had been stained by the install of the roof. We investigated and found his claim to not be valid, but we said we would clean his siding for him. We did so; and a few weeks later Mr. C*** again complained and said it wasn't good enough. So we agreed to pay for a professional house cleaner to clean the home. A month or so after cleaning the home, Mr. C*** demanded that this wasn't good enough so we agreed to replace the siding that we did no damage to at our cost. It is noteworthy that our crew was working around a funeral at the time which caused Mr. C*** to be nasty to our foreman. We have also repsonded to three (3) separate calls where Mr. C*** claimed there was an issue with the roof and we responded with no charge to him. Now over 1 year later, we received an email from Mr. C*** demanding that someone come out and address an issue again with his roof. We received the email on 9/10 and even though we are extremely busy helping folks recover from tornado damage and other pressing issues, we re***anged the schedule of a crew and responded that we would again send a repair crew (free of charge) on 9/13. Mr. C*** responded angrily to the email "No, as I stated earlier I no longer want your services. Cancel your crew." In summary, we have gone above an beyond to do all we can to assist Mr. C***. We have always handled him profressionally, even though he has been mean, deameaning and demanding of our employees. We feel it is unfortunate that he has responded this way, and always care for our clients and their needs to the best of our abilities. If you have any doubts please let us know and we will put you in contact with one of our many hundreds / thousands of satisified clients.

I was not demanding or rude to any of the owners workers, that is just untrue. Also it was not weeks, he was notified after the job was finished of the damages to my property. When ever I attempted to set an appointment I would ask when your crew is available. *** the owner, lacked effective communication and would ignore emails, and texts, If he did happen to respond it would be weeks later and he would give almost no notice for when his crew would arrive. A picture is worth a thousand words which is why I took some before and after installation of my roof, gutters, and downspouts. One of his workers used a magic eraser on my siding to clean it, ultimately resulting in the siding needing to be replaced. He was also offered quotes from other siding companies if he was to busy to fix it. When you hire a contractor to do a job and if damages occur they should be made right and in a timely manner. Unfortunately some individuals lack integrity.
