I hired ******** Drywall & Plaster to rebuild two walls on my front porch. I was given four options at different prices and I chose option 3 with a steel aluminum fence for $8200. The price included reinstalling two lamp fixtures plus caulking when necessary. I was given one year warranty on labor and materials giving more protection against another water problems. I paid 8200 in full on 10/26/23. The job was not complete at time of payment as the lamp fixtures were not installed properly and they were not painted to match the day it. Water still leaks behind the dryvit and that problem needs to be fixed
