Consumer is a 90 yr old woman that had water tank and Boiler put into home. Said that the Water tank was only 4 yrs old. Wants to know what happend to the old water tank and boiler was not asked what she wanted done with it as far as scrapping. Consumer is also complaining about not getting a warranty and a itemized statement to show the cost of $11,000. Says she does not mind paying the cost just would like some proof of the items before payment.
