I called them at 614-963-3363 on Monday the 7th. I have an '07 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I made an appt with a dealership, but they told me I could get a locksmith to do it. I googled a locksmith. I called and asked them too do it. They said they could. then a half hour later, they said they couldn't to go to a dealer. Then they called a third time to say they were on their way to do it. They did not give me a quote, or a price or tell me there would be a service fee for the visit.

A locksmith showed up in a white conversion van. He said his name was Mike. he said it would cost $300. He said a dealership would charge me $1000. Two minutes later he starts the car and asks for payment. I told him there was no way he programmmed the key that quickly. he balled up his fist with the key in it, and refused to give me the key. I gave him three one hundred dollar bills. I asked for a receipt. he said he left the receipt book in his other car. He took the money and jumped in his car and left.

He just bypassed something. Now all of the lights are on.

I kept my appintment with the dealer. The dealer said the computer is not exactly the kind I need, so they were unable to program the key. they asked for $200, but I declined to pay.

The dealer said the locksmith knew the key could not be programmed.

I received service from the company July 21,2023 to make a copy of a key for both my ignition and the car door. I called on July 22, 2023 to get pricing and asked twice if the price was for a key that would work for the door as well as the ignition and was told yes. The day of the service, the technician seemed to have a lot of difficulty. Service began at 10:30 and wasn't completed until about 12:30 after receiving assistance from another technician. We were told to keep the car running and that the key would work for the door. After driving to an appointment, the door was locked and I determined then the key does not work for the door. My car is now stuck in a public lot and has the potential of being towed. I called the day of the service right after the discovery and every day since. I keep getting the run around of dispatcher's saying I will receive a call. It is now July 26 and I still have not gotten a call. I asked if someone can be sent to let me in my car, they said I would have to pay an additional 220 dollars, which was the original price of the first key. However, I was told the original key would work for the door. So I am told they have reached out to the manager, that he was in a meeting all day one day, etc. No one is trying to resolve the issue unless I give more money. So now I have a key that I cannot use because I am not able to get into my car. I've pretty much been told I will not receive anymore service until more money is given. I was also given no paperwork that included pricing or business information. When asked for the managers number or email, I was told that personal information can not be given, so I continue to talk to the same individuals everyday.
