    We have used this business for many years. We just booked months ahead of time for a conference for 8 people. Our flights we messed up. Was given the incorrect confirmation numbers. Checking into the airports are hard enough without wrong numbers. Then coming back, our airline flight was unfounded. The shuttle was not there on time to take us to the airport. We had to pay again for a taxi. We will never use this business again!!

    The flight itinerary was emailed from directly from Delta Airlines to *** ****** at least one month prior to departure with the Delta Airlines correct confirmation numbers and ticket number for each individual passenger. Even adding 2 additional passenger’s a week later. She was to given each passenger their emailed confirmation. She had also purchased transfer which had to be rebooked when the additional passengers were added. She was instructed to use new vouchers and to reconfirm day to the phone number listed on the vouchers. They used the outbound transfer as far as we know and had no issue as they never reported an issue. The return transfer was also given with the phone number to confirm as she was instructed. She proceeded to email me the day prior to return pick up after business hours. I was out of the country but was able to see the email and forwarded her voucher again and emailed the phone number and the name of the transport company replying to the email address given. She was also called and emailed by one of our other agents to make sure the message was received. We only got her voicemail but left instructions. We were never informed of any issues with flights or that the tour company never picked them up as we would have been able to rectify any issues are submit for a refund if she had indeed contact the transfer company as instructed. We feel this is an unfair review as we were never made aware of any issues with Delta confirmation numbers. As for the outbound transfer we were never informed of any issue. We did make several attempts to contact her the day prior to departure concerning her return transfer. We were never contacted at any time prior to departure of any discrepancies.
