The beginning of the workmanship was excellent. Kept in contact did the work requested. Some days did not show up with no communication. I thought what a great guy and crew. I finally moved in after all renovating was completed. Finney crew was to come back and finish small items not initially competed. **** *** ***** ********** no contact hundreds of text phone calls. One response received **** ** *** ***** ********** I was working out of town I will text u and come back and finish. Guess what it's been more than a year and Finney never called text or returned to finish contract but he sure cashed the last check? I had to have the licensed electrician come back due to Finney cutting brand new electrical work and then tape it with duct tape I lost all power in the kitchen. So it cost me an extra 300 dollars for Finneys mistake. There were areas where the trim was not complete. The water would only come out of one of my double shower head. The actual hot and cold k**** in the shower got stuck and the water would not shut off also the shower head was installed so high a 7 ft plus person could be comfortable with the shower head so high. The lines put in the basement that were underneath the toilet leaked. I bought all new material I spared no expense this house was a total gut job. It cost me more money to get a plumber to fix all the plumbing issues. My brand new dishwasher was never hooked up correctly and Finney tried to put in the screws to hold the dishwasher in place but missed it was never hooked up or even mounted. I spent more money for repairs. That is not everything so if I were you do not hire. If you do hire Finney he will not ever answer a call or text will say he is working out of town if you would actually get ahold of him. Wow I thought everything was completed. It ended up costing me at least an extra 4 grand to fix Finneys mistakes. Beware I would not want this to happen to someone else. It caused heartache and a ton of money. Do not hire.
