Typical overbooked & understaffed visit. Was not informed the appointments were running behind. arrived 20 minutes early with all paperwork printed & filled out for new patient intake. Was taken back to get the *************** recorded & discovered the sphygmomanometer was not functioning & hadn't been. An attempt was made to manually record blood pressure after asking me where I normally run. It was confirmed by another technician this machine had not been working for some time. I got put in a room where I waited for exactly 1 hr before choosing to excuse myself & checking out at the front desk. The woman I spoke seemed surprised that I had yet to be seen & wanted to know which room I was in. One would assume the whereabouts of a patient in waiting would be known. I informed the personnel that I would be reaching out to the *** with a review which caused some chuckling amongst themselves, so here we are. I followed up this morning to offer some comments about my visit to the office manager with regards to the long wait. There was little interest in expressing any concern over the issue & in-fact I was the problem, it was in no way the doctor or a scheduling issue. I would rate with ZERO stars if possible. I cannot give any rating to the doctor(s) as i never got to see one. There are plenty of negative reviews available elsewhere similar to mine...just feel like it may be time to get one on this platform. I would suggest that new patients avoid this practice if you expect to be seen on/near your appointment time. Also, the office staff seems to be lacking in customer care/concerns over services performed or not performed in this case.
