            This place is a joke. I tried to be a loyal customer and would drive a hr away to give my business. They sold me the wrong part at higher prices you can get elsewhere. They cost me a lot of money and refused to compensate me for their mess up. I’m not going to eat at least 1500 loss because they sold the wrong part. The owner told me to come pick up the new part after I told them I want compensation after they said they were dropping it off. You spend close to 100k you would think they would be more loyal. Oh yeah the day I pick the machine up after they said they did a complete inspection. The ac unit light on the switch didn’t work and the ac hasn't been right. Told it was 2-3 weeks to get it in. But amazing any issues before I came to pick it up would be fixed immediately. Along with the float switch never worked from pick up. So they don’t actually look over the machine lien they say. They just fill fluids and that’s it.

            We have gone above and beyond with this customer.  He smashed in the door of his new unit.  The door is on backorder so we removed a door from a brand new unit that we now cannot sell until the backorder comes in so he would be back up and running immediately.   The part the customer is talking about is a filter.  Yes, we gave him the wrong filter and I was planning on driving to his facility to swap it out, but I had a medical emergency that prevented me from doing it that day.  A filter would not keep him from running his machine nor lose 1500 dollars.  As for the issues on his unit I will have my service manager reach out to him first thing Monday morning.  I also work back in the service department, and this is the first time I have heard of this issue.  It is our philosophy that if a customer cannot make money with his machine, we make them priority one in our shop.
