    Ordered cabinets Aug 2022, delivery to be Sept but didn't receive until Dec. The blue cabinets didn't match. The salesman explained they were sent from 2 different manufacturers. Dec 29, contacted consumer service as required. Picture sent Jan 1, not good enough. There was other issues, 1 drawer was dented and 1 scratched, filler pieces was showing white and the side pieces were dented in and broken. I didn't make an issue of side pieces since they were not going to be seen. Jan 9, contacted customer service asking if she received the pictures, no answer. Jan 12, called left message, waiting on an update on my cabinets, no answer. Jan 18 she wanted more pictures. Jan 19, I sent 9 photos. Feb 6, I ask for update, no answer. I finally went to the store and I talked with Tim C******, the area manager. I finally received the cabinet after waiting 2 months. When it arrived it was damaged, the paint was marred. I took it back to the store and the Manager said I had to take pictures and file another claim through customer service. I told him I was not going to do their work for them again. He had the cabinet and he could do what needed done. He wouldn't do that, I guess it wasn't his job. I have waited and waited, this has been going on for 8 months. Even the drawer fronts were on back order. I was so aggravated with this transaction I took everything back. At that time Tim said he could get my replacement cabinet in 2 weeks. REALLY! I ask for full reimbursement but was told I would be charged 25% restocking fee plus my shipping charge of $249. When I signed their contact at purchase, I expected the same quality product I saw in the showroom, in a reasonable amount of time, NOT! This caused me to miss my window with my contractor. My credit card was credited. When I ask for an itemized receipt, I was told I had to contact customer service. I have no idea how he came to the amount but the difference is $1000.54. That's a lot of money I am paying for CTG's negligence.
