It is disheartening that I had to consider legal advice for a service that should have been straightforward and stress-free. I urge you to address these concerns within 7-10 business days of receiving this letter. I expect a detailed explanation of how you intend to rectify this situation to my satisfaction. This should include, but not be limited to a refund or a discount on the services rendered and a commitment to improving communication and customer service protocols to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
