This business does a lot of work so I am willing to be understanding. However, I also work with this company as well. I work at a pharmacy, so on that point of view they absolutely have a ton of work to do. But, an insurance prior authorization should not take 4-6 weeks as a normal timeline, even after the medication is prescribed; that length of time is just ridiculous. On the other hand, my wife was a patient there, as she has rheumatoid arthritis. When I tell you trying to get ahold of Dr Rigg’s, and he is the only physician I can speak on, and the medical staff there, is like pulling teeth. You leave a message, it tells you to give about 24 hours before leaving another one for a response. You call back 24 hours later because your wife is in pain and the Dr. never sent over the medication we were told he was going to. I can understand that it get busy sometimes, but if you don’t have enough staff to adequately take care of the patient you do have, STOP TAKING NEW PATIENTS. We ended up changing offices because of how many times we have tried to get in touch with them before I physically had to go up there and give them the PA form they needed. This place is absolutely God awful with their customer support. Other people that I work with were patients of there’s, and are also looking for other offices, because of the exact same problems. I would not avise to going to this office. Do your research beforehand and from first hand accounts.
