      I purchased a car from Regal in July 2021. I had automatic payments so my payments were always on time. The transmission went out so for 3 months I didn't even have the car in my possession while they were fixing the issue, but of course I still made on time payments. Getting the car back after the repair was a whole ordeal in itself. When putting the car back together they forgot to actually tighten the bolts that went from my axle to my wheel. I right away noticed that something was wrong so I took the car to be looked at by a mechanic myself and that's when they found the bolts actually just sitting inside my wheel. I have pictures and statements from the other mechanic to prove it. I could've been seriously injured. Fast forward to November. My young niece passed away unexpectedly. The family was not financially prepared so I did what I had to and I paid for the funeral. By doing that I was having a hard time staying afloat but honored every payment I said I was going to make. Christmas was horrible due to finances and I did what I could. My account manager, Jennifer, is rude and hateful. Telling me they're not there to finance my Christmas (what Christmas) when I spoke with her about being 2 weeks late on one biweekly payment. It's hard to communicate with someone who has treated you that way. It is now January and I missed my biweekly 01/08 payment and my biweekly 01/20 payment. My account manager left a message last week but she was so hateful to me last time and I knew I was paying today I didn't respond to her. This late afternoon I tried to pay both payments on line and it said my account was suspended. I figured I'd have to wait and call them in the morning. Well a few hours later I went to go to the store and my car was gone. I am appalled by how this business was done. If I was paying monthly then I've only missed January and January is not even over. I've had the car a year and a half. Not one problem with payments until Nov and only missed this month.

      In Aug of 2019 I ran into financial problems and my car was repossessed. It has been almost 3 yrs since this happened and I have never received anything from them. It is still being reported as an open account with 33 missed payments with the them being listed as 120 days old. This is not right and I am requesting that this be resolved and removed off my credit report from all three bureau. This has caused a very big hardship and would like this resolved as quickly as it can be. The amount the are reporting is 15,611.

      Today is 10-27-2022 and saber repossessed my mother's car. The car is in both of our names and she had made monthly paymrnts on time or no later than a day late. The ladies at the location is very nasty and very rude. Whenever you make a payment she applies the payment to whatever account she wants until you call and correct her. I called back to speak with a supervisor and the supervisor told her that she didn't want to speak with me. My grandmother passed last week and my mother has had an extremely hard time and was literally paying her car note today on lunch break. But 30 minutes before she could they repossessed her car. The whole company at this location is rude and very unprofessional. Now that they have the car back I want to see what I can do to have this sent to collections and never deal with them again.

      I've had my car since February 2022 and I've made all of my payments on time besides the last month and a half recently due to unstable working conditions. I got sick with COVID-19 in August which caused me to miss work, and therefore got laid off due to not being able to come to work, which therefore pushed me behind some more. I spoke with my account manager and we were able to get my account set up for my payments not to resume until August 12th, but instead of biweekly payments it would have to be weekly. I made a few payments which I got from my parents to keep me a float but after a while they couldn't keep paying $156/wk so I missed a couple payments. Before it even got to this point of being behind $800 behind I reached out to my account manager whose name is Fred and I've tried to get my account deferred, or work something out and he constantly tells me there's nothing he can do, all he can do is "note my intentions". I'm not allowed to refinance my loan or anything, this is really unfair when I've made all payments on time besides recently ! Not to mention a friend of mine was at home and told me that as of today which is October 24th a tow truck by the name of Atlas came attempting to repossess the car without any notice from Saber.

Now he's stating that I have to pay the past due insurance payment plus my past due car payment in order to keep my car.       My car was repossessed in the middle of the pandemic april 2020 for one month of missed payments car was months away from being paid off. It has been 3 years and they are still reporting on my credit report 3 years of missed payments. I disputed but saber told them it was still valid. I would like it removed or the 3 years of payments taken off.

      In April or May of 2022 I applied for a loan at Regal Car sales and credit (Saber Acceptance) I was informed that I was denied because over 15 years ago they repo'd a car of mine. This was not true the car was refinance thru my bank and Saber was paid in full. I believe they left the repo mark on the account just to be vengeful. I loved all the previous car I purchased from them and that is why I went back. I would still love to purchase a car and a apology from Saber would be nice, and some if on my credit report have it removed.

      So my husband Eliah ****** co signed a car with me in 2019 it was repoed and he filed a complaint here for false reporting and they removed the repossession on his credit but decided to leave it on mine. It's being falsely reported on my credit and I want it removed

      I had a truck financed through Saber Finance on Sept 24th 2016, ( it was my 3rd vehicle financed through them), I ended up having to give to it back voluntarily in Sept of 2018. It's been almost 4 yrs now and they are still reporting it as an open account with missed payments. It needs to be removed off of my credit.

      Saber acceptance is falsely reporting to my credit that My account is past due and my car loan was repossessed back in 2019 it is still reporting late payments on my credit and this need fixed as this is fraud

We have submitted another request to delete plus moved the status on their account to Do Not Report. Once updated by the Credit Agencies this will remove the account for their reports. I still have the issue of 2 years of it being reported late which impacted my credit horribly how can we go about fixing that? I would suggest filing a dispute with TransUnion and Equifax directly on their websites, that seems to be the most effective means for corrections or deletions and they update usually in a few days.       I have been making payments to a collection agency that Saber Acceptance uses. I have been making monthly payments per agreement with Saber Acceptance and they report to credit agencies that I have not made any payments

Your payments are being reported properly to equifax and transunion credit bureaus. If you are looking at other credit sites ie ************ their information is delayed. As a bonus we will submit an update to consider you current to both agencies. Sorry for the delay.
