    I have service internet service with them, everything ran fine until April of 2023, then I started getting outages, 4-8 hours at a time. After a few months of this issue, I contacted them, and they told me I needed an upgrade & it would cost me $100, I paid it, but the same issue continued. They came out again saying it was the cord, so they gave me a new cord. I asked if I should put the cord on the data port and they replied yes. After doing this they told I had put it on wrong it should have gone on the router & I had destroyed the router (router works fine). But I started to not be able to reach many, many websites, like bing, walmart, UPS, etc. They gave me my old router back supergluing the cord to the back of the router, they also ended up giving me another old router, still had the same issues, all the routers were working fine. Now they have decided they no longer want to fix anything, so they have told me they are stopping my internet service. I live in an outlying area there are no other local options for internet here. The one dsl internet company has no more lines out this far. I rely on the Internet to contact my doctors, & pay bills, they are aware of this.

    Customer insisted on changing the power cord herself, and damaged the equipment. You can not mix 24,12, and 9 volt power supplies. We gave the customer the parts with no charge, and even offered her old router back, she end up swapping power cords on that as well damaging it. We gave her one more spare wifi router out of good faith for the customer, and that one got cord swapped and damaged as well. We tried to help the customer as much as we could, but again she insisted she knew how our equipment worked because she used to build computers. We gave her, a $50 router for free that she damaged with the wrong cords, and are out a service call, of $85 minimum trying to do right with the customer and save her from going to another company. The internet is controlled by a cell carrier so those issues are out of our hands, but when we try to fix the equipment but it get damaged by the customer plugging in the wrong cables, then we cannot afford as a small business to keep making service calls and replacing equipment that was in working order when in our hands. We are always sad to lose a customer, but recommended her going back to her previous internet provider that she said she would or to a new provider that she said they had run fiber right to her home. We wish her the absolute best, and are thankful for the time we were able to provide her with service.
