We appreciate your communication and the opportunity to address your concerns. We extend our sincere apologies for any challenges you faced throughout this process. Your feedback is invaluable, and we are dedicated to resolving your concerns.
In our initial proposal as a Turnkey-Project, we would have undertaken the responsibility of ensuring that the correct equipment and parts were ordered with the expectation that they would seamlessly integrate. This comprehensive approach included assessing additional needs for other trades, such as electricians. Opting for a more economical approach, or, a Limited-Scope project, may have resulted in a loss of visibility and control over certain project aspects.
When customers chose to procure their own equipment, our reliance on the customer ordering compatible equipment increases, in the end, this may introduce challenges in anticipating additional work. Whereas in a turnkey-scope, we would have untaken all the responsibility of making sure that the equipment was compatible or coordinate additional electrical work ahead of time.
Regarding the pricing, we want to assure you that our primary objective was to provide fair and transparent pricing. The final proposal for the Limited-Scope install encompassed labor, parts, the responsible disposal of old equipment, and the commissioning of the equipment. The affirmation of existing dedicated power led us to believe there would be no need for additional electrical work. We understand the frustration caused by the discrepancy between the signed contract and the subsequent work needed.
