We value the relationship we've had with you over the past five years and the fact that this is the only complaint we have received from your company. That said, we are disappointed to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
We apologize for any issues related to delivery scheduling and communication. We are always striving to improve our processes and ensure consistent service for our clients. Your comments will be shared with our team to help us enhance our communication and delivery protocols.
Regarding the renewal process, we aim to be transparent about our contract terms and conditions, including the renewal and cancellation policies. That is why you receive a copy of the agreement for your files. We have no "regional manager" position nor a record of how you that person was informed in March regarding your intent to discontinue service. That is why our policy is to have documentation of our customers' intentions regarding service. We understand that circumstances change, and we apologize if this process was not as straightforward as anticipated.
