Upon entering the store and proceeding with my shopping, a female employeewhom I believe is named Staceywalked directly into my shopping cart in the flower section, despite the fact that she was not paying attention to where she was going. She then verbally accosted me, saying, "Excuse you!" to which I responded, "Just back off!" and continued with my shopping.Over the course of my visit, I was approached multiple times by other employees who inquired if there was a problem, despite there being no issue other than the rude conduct of ******. I continued shopping and proceeded to the self-checkout area, where I again encountered another male employee asking me about a problem, which I again denied, as I had done nothing to warrant such ************ I was checking out, ******, who had since removed her name tag, stood nearby and verbally berated me once again, loudly exclaiming that I had been rude and questioning "what my problem was." I was on a phone call at the time and made it clear that I did not wish to be interrupted. I ignored her inappropriate comments and continued my call as I left the store. The harassment did not end there. After leaving, I returned to take a photo of ****** to document the individual responsible for this behavior. Upon doing so, ****** followed me out of the store, writing down a description of my vehicle or license plate, an act which I consider not only intrusive but intimidating. I informed her that legal action would be taken if necessary.I find this conduct from your staff to be highly unprofessional, inappropriate, and a violation of my rights as a customer. I was harassed while merely attempting to shop, and it is unacceptable that I was subjected to such treatment in your store. It is my firm belief that employees such as ******, and those who condoned or ignored her behavior, should not be allowed to continue working in a customer-facing environment.

Disappointing Quality and **************** I recently purchased a diamond ring from **** Meyers Jewelers, and while it initially looked beautiful, my experience quickly turned sour due to poor workmanship and frustrating customer service.Within just 2 weeks of my Fiance wearing the ring, She noticed that one of the diamonds had fallen out. This was incredibly disappointing, especially given the price I paid and the importance of the ring to us. Upon closer inspection, it was clear that the diamond had come loose due to poor craftsmanship. When I reached out to **** Meyers Jewelers to address the issue, I was shocked by their lack of accountability. Instead of offering to fix the problem or provide a reasonable solution, they refused to take responsibility, citing vague terms and conditions. This left me not only without a diamond but also feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer.I expected much better from a company that prides itself on selling high-quality jewelry. Unfortunately, **** Meyers Jewelers has shown that they prioritize their bottom line over customer satisfaction. I would not recommend purchasing from them if you expect quality workmanship and fair customer ************ yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a jeweler who stands by their work and values their customers.

The worse place ever! They sold my fianc a s***** diamond ring without even offering the microscopic device to check the item and provided no education on what he purchased. When I went to zales and other stores, they have similar set of rings for wayyy less with BETTER diamonds (tested and saw with my own eyes). Went to the after trying to upgrade my rings and they said no they cant accept it. Long long story, just stay away !!!

Stores off cheap battery replacement but do not factory seal on watch repair but nothing on watch replacement when the watch breaks due to their poor battery repair. . Getting a civil judgment is the best thing for this business practice.

My husband originally purchased my jewelry from Littman Jewelers. They went out of business and now we have to deal with **** Meyer to continue our lifetime jewelry plan. There are no locations on the east coast so you either have to send your jewelry in OR send photos of your jewelry. They make the photos such a difficult process. They are never accepted the first time you email them! Its as if they want you to get frustrated and send it through the mail. Who wants to take off their wedding band and mail it! Its just a REALLY frustrating process and it shouldnt be. I would give zero stars if I could!!

I took my ring in to get sizing beads as I did NOT want my ring cut and resized. Came to pick it up and they had resized it and did NOT add beads! It was even on the paper to add beads only. They also did rhodium wrong and my ring looks dark and has blackish smudges. Very unhappy with their work this time around. They offered to make ring larger and add the beads but the damage is already done at this point.

Fred Meyer Jewelers is using deceptive business practices to up sell their ********************* Plan. I went in to a local store on Valentine's *** and asked for a recommendation of a nice piece that wasn't too expensive. The sales lady asked what wasn't too expensive. I said $500 or less. She then showed me a piece. When I asked how much it was she took out her calculator and punched numbers in and then said $506. I said that would work. When she was ringing the sale up she said that they had a lifetime care plan and that if I bring the piece in once a year they will clean it and repair it if needed. I thought was a value add. It wasn't until the next day when I looked at the receipt that jewelry was only $388.12 and that she had charged me $94.99 for their ************* Plan. Which is 24% of what the jewelry cost was. At no time did she ever say the cost of the jewelry was $388 and the care plan was $94. I told a friend about it and she realized the same thing had happened to her at a different **** Meyer Jewelry store a year earlier. Which indicates that **** Meyer Jewelry is training their sales people to up sale the care plan without telling customers that they are paying extra for it. This is an abusive sales practice that must be costing their customers unduly so they can be more profitable.

Just over 3 years ago I made a purchase for my wifes wedding ring since them shutting their doors and considering I dont go the the malls like I used to I just found out all stores are now out of buisness or say closed. Now there is another jewelry store called ***** the jewlers and they where the ones who informed me My wifes first wedding/engagement ring I took it in for a cleaning. The ring had no damage when I received it back it now has a crack on the band so I complained and stated you guys damaged it and I want it repaired it wasnt like that when I dropped it off. The said Im sorry let me look it up. Considering it was over 15 years back they stated we have to look for the hard copy and said they will contact us. . Never happens then I purchased a new ring and had it inspected once since we bought it now this was just over a year ago and now two stones are missing and wanted to get this ring fixed as I paid for their life time warranty on all three of the rings I purchased now their out of business and I inquired about it so far twice and not even a call back or even any type of email correspondence other then sending me 15 percent off coupon its messed up they took my money and left me with zero coverage at this point. Littman jewlers were crooks from the beginning I wish I knew this before spending 8 grand in jewelry. Suprising I had my items appraised and lets say they are worth less then half of what they claimed they where worth now that being said theres another company who bought out littman and they havent returned any calls emails. Since they took over littmans jewelry stores I should *** them for theft and reclaim my money for my life time warranty that I paid for plus damages and falsely advertising items actual worth
