    Paul did not give me any documents or invoices regarding the diagnosis on my car, estimates, repairs to be done, parts to be used, etc. he also did additional work I did NOT approve and he charged me for. I believe he misdiagnosed my vehicle. My vehicle had a check engine code prior taking it to his shop. Upon His diagnosis, he said my motor was shot and I needed a new one. I believed him. He installed a used motor(which took him 3 months to complete and $5600 out of my pocket) the day I got my car back and drove it off the lot my car was doing the same problems and a few hundred miles later a check engine light came on with the same code it had prior to going into the shop. I immediately took it back to him. He has had my vehicle for a total of 7 months. With no resolution. He is now saying my car has a transmission problem and is trying to charge me for these new repairs. He gave me no paperwork on the used motor he installed, nothing stating the mileage of used motor, serial numbers , absolutely no information. He never once has called me, I have always had to call him, twice a week this whole time. My mental health has declined dealing with the anxiety caused by the situation. Impacting my health, appetite, sleep and well being. I have had to rent cars to get to work, hitch rides with co workers and miss work due to not having a vehicle. I feel taken advantage of. He is very unprofessional to work with and I feel lost on what to do. Left deeper into debt and with a vehicle still not safe for myself or my children.
