    What I thought was a great place, ended up to not be. We paid for the car to be diagnosed. We advised the shop our budget and to let us know what was most important and we would go from there. The first fee we paid was $150 to diagnose the car (totally fine). We advised the shop that we had a $1200 left in the budget and wanted to get done as much as we could with that amount. We were advised it would be $1200 including labor for new breaks front and back, alignment, weld the Catalytic convertor back on, resurface the rotors (instead of new) so we had more money to go towards installation of new headlights once my son bought them and brought them in. They asked us to pay up front so they could go get all the parts. My son paid $1200 over the phone, and we have the receipt which lists it all out. The shop did everything except install the headlights as we had to go buy new. The car ended up having bigger issues than we realized, and we were advised after all that, that it needed a new engine. My son was not happy but decided it was not worth putting new headlights on as he was not going to put anymore $$ into this **** car and just part it out. I text the owner and stated since my son prepaid for headlights to be installed and he is no longer doing that, he would need his $250 back, that he paid listed on receipt. The owner said of course no problem. When I picked up the car 5 days later no refund was given, they are refusing because they think they put in more hours than they felt we paid even though that was there quote not ours and since it took me 5 days to get the car towed out, they want storage fees, No where on the receipt or Ppwrk states they charge for storage, After multiple attempts to get in touch with the owner to get it back since it is on the receipt we paid for it and he admits in texts he will give it back, still nothing has been given. My son called too, and excuse after excuse was given and no refund,
