For repairs we hire are independent licensed, bonded, and insured contractors with experience to complete the repairs on any tasks that require a license such as most repairs.
Most types of standard cleaning or basic yard care do not require a license but most of those companies we utilize are also licensed independent contractors.
There are only a few.exceptions for this. For example, Our clients owners may hire directly a vendor or an on-site manager or on-site maintenance technician to maintain their properties and do tasks such as cleaning, preparing an apartment for the next tenant, basic yardcare, etc. Even in these situations if an expert is needed we hire the appropriate electrician, plumber, contractor, painter, landscaper, etc.
Another example is we have some tenants who receive government approved stipends for doing tasks around a property such as locking and unlocking doors at a certain hour, notifying our office of any unwanted activity on the property after hours, or planting flowers in a small garden area for the complex. These are always activities that the tenants want to do to be a productive and helpful part of their community.
