            My Landlord "Trexler Park Apartments" Allentown PA and I agreed on a set amount of money to be paid on regarding rent and transfer fees on an exact date. My lease states that an exact amount be paid monthly going from $1300 for one complex to $1900 at another complex and a one time $1000 transfer fee that has been documented and sent via email to my personal email. I have signed paperwork agreeing and all fees I signed and agreed apon for were paid for. Since then there has been an extra fee of $500 outstanding on my renting balance that appeared on my statement from nowhere. And since this issue has arose I have been accumulating late fees of $276 monthly on that $500 balance since the which brings my balance to a new outstanding $1052. Trexler Park has also been charging me for faulty equipment extra on the rent a washer and dryer that no longer work. I appreciate your assistance with this matter and thank you for your time and consideration.

            absolute terrible apartment complex, management is TERRIBLE and nothing gets fixed, in the year i have lived here i have put in 2 maintenance tickets and neither have been taken care of. First off there has been a broken lap post behind my building that was broken before i moved in, after i tripped on it i tried to get it fixed. that was 4 months ago and all they said was "we dont know what we are going to do with that" the other is a leak in my roof from the rain storms over 3 weeks ago. i just got off the phone with them and still nothing has been done and they dont know when it will be fixed either. all the leasing office says is "oh well" its sad that in order to get things fixed in this dumpster fire of an apartment complex that i need to call out to corporate office and post other crappy reviews about how they do business...
