***** ****** is the claimed owner of this business out of ******, **. I was in need of a pool company to do occasional cleaning of my inground pool, and I was given Pool Pro Enterprises ***** ****** information from a neighbor who owns a pool and uses ***** to clean his pool (apparently ***** ****** owned a pool supply business at one point in *************, **). I contacted ***** after observing algae in my pool. ***** assured me he would get the issue resolved. ***** always wants cash (so more than likely doesn't need to pay taxes) and because I was referred to him, I did not mind. After paying the initial $200 plus dollars for the first visit, I still had algae. I contacted him again, and he came out with an added expense for more treatment. Algae was still forming, and he promised to have the algae gone. I had him come out again to see if he could assist with the algae, and again failed to remove any of the algae. Initially, I had told ***** I did not want to continue to use the pool company who installed my pool due to their high costs and continuing to need chemicals. ***** knew my intentions were to try and cut costs maintaining my inground pool. In the last two weeks, he advised he was at my pool while I was on vacation in June. I did not have a receipt from him and my pool had algae in it upon my return. I failed to make the payment of $168.53 and advised me of the trip while on vacation. Sending a certified letter of the amount owed. I want consumers to be aware of this individual / company. I am going to pay the $168.53 and messaged him of my disappointment and that I thought his company (if in fact a company) is a scam. I never give cash, and the only reason I did was because of the referral I received. I shared my disappointment with the neighbor who provided me his number. After the fact, he advised he had given his number to another friend, and that his other friend was disappointed as well and no longer uses the company.
