I was getting flooding issues to the right side of the property. I consulted with the company and I requested to water proof the house from the outside. The representative instructed and advised me to complete the work from the inside. It costs me approximately $15 to get the work done. After the work was completed, I keep getting waterdamage from the ground floor to the back of the house and the staircase. I called the company several times, several trips made out to the property and I lost time away from work so that they can complete the repair. My property was damaged by the company and they refuse to complete the repair. I spoke with ********************************* - Service Manager from Basement Waterproofing Specialists. He told me that the problem is not attributed to anything that they did. I signed a lifetime warranty and they refuse to fix the problem. I would like the company to repair the damage that was done to my house. I paid to get a new bilkow door installed and 2 pumps. I never had any water damage from the ground floor and the back of my house. After the company dug through the house, water keeps flooding my basement from the ground **. I completed the basement. I am getting water damages and I am also getting mildew. I called the company to complain, ******, the manager refuses to send someone to the property and when he does, he would send someone 2 weeks later when it stops raining. The issue is being blamed because of my water line. They poked something or damaged something in the property and they refuses to fix it. This issue only happens when it rains. Please help me because the company hangs up the phone in my face and tells me that it is not their problem. I have other documentations of the amount of times that they came to the property. This issue only happens when it rains. I do not have any issues in my water line. I do not have any water leaks in the basement. When it rains, I have water seeping from the groung up. I do not know what the company did to my property. I only get water damage when it rains from the ground up and from the back of the house. I requested for the company to repair the damage based on the lifetime warranty and to honor the contract. Hence, to repair further damages that it caused based on the continuing water damage.Thank you,

I do not recommend this company to anyone. They have been to my house 7 times and still can't get it right. Not once has the owner reached out to me or bothered to come see the job. The employees wont tell you who the owner is and had to ask permission first, so much for family owned and treating you like family. The job I received was absolutely poor and disgraceful. The job was issued to a sub contractor who saw a get rich quick scenario and rushed to blow the job out in 1 day. They were to install a water proofing system in 3 levels of my basement. Install 3 sump pumps and slab a crawl space with a smooth finished floor. They came in **** hammered up the floor sending dust every where through all levels of my home. There was no care taken to ensure the clean outs were flush with the new floor, all had concrete in them when they left. The waffle board was not installed neatly in all areas. They drilled weep holes in the block to allow for water drainage but neglected to clean any of the dust/debris away from the holes to allow the water to properly drain. The sump pump ***** were not installed with care or even cleaned out after they were done. The electrical ports were not installed with any care as to alignment or placement. The crawl space floor was uneven and not smooth. The cement was mixed on site and mixed incorrectly (too much sand and water). They left a form in my door way and never planed on returning to remove it. They didn't install the system in @ 3 feet section of my floor (where it was diagramed to be installed). The clean up afterwards was basic and almost non existent, while I'm left with dust covering everything. Hand prints and mud on my walls, door jams, water lines in my crawl space. Sand and concrete stains on my driveway and stairs. Garbage left outside. Grass burned from spilt concrete. I paid more than the competitors estimates thinking I was going to get a "QUILITY" job, so far the job "QUALITY" is extremely poor. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!

The work was originally anticipated to take longer, but as you know, we had a crew of approximately 30 guys completing every aspect of the job simultaneously and at the time, you seemed pleased with this as you wrote that the crew was efficient and quick on the post-job survey. While we admit there were some unanticipated issues, we have stood by our work and have returned to address everything that we could thus far. We understand that there is further discontent and have been working with you to come up with an amicable solution; however, the disputed payment has caused a significant delay in reaching any kind of resolution. We remain committed to working with you and hope to resolve these issues and find a fair outcome for both parties.
