            Business closes maintenance tickets without actually completing them, this includes but is not limited to safety concerns such as a lack of heat, detached stair railing, and falling ceilings. The company refuses to answer or return calls after months of trying to contact someone about the issues. They blocked my number so I can't call them. I've tried to make an appointment to speak with an agent but their office isn't open to the public.

            Horrible company to tent from they never contact you back for anything one of the managers who was recently fired was apparently stealing the money that was sent in for utilities like garage, found this out from another *****, new manager never contacted all the tenets to let them know what was going on, now that its move out time they wanted to try and extended my lease for another year without me signing anything for this year. Wont answer my phone calls and wont call me back from messages Ive left for multiple days now. Please if youre reading this do NOT rent from this company. This company needs s*** down immediately. They are stealing tents money. If its not clear that this place is horrible then idk what defines a place as a bad business. You should not try to take advantage of people who pay you on time every month. Rent went from 700 to 875 a month plus pet fees of 50 per pet, its a one bedroom apartment. This is insane..
