Have bought a dryer in the past from them and it worked for 1.5years but that was fine as I paid less than $200 for it and do lots of laundry weekly. Went back for a new dryer and had it a little over 2 months and it stopped working. I called and asked if I could have the repair tech come out since I checked the breaker box and the fuse box and didnt think I seen an issue with either. I asked if there was a fee for the repair tech and was told by the owner that I would t have to pay a fee if the tech could fix it but would need to buy the part if it needed one. Turns out the tech checked the fuse box and it needed a new fuse (the fuse was not blacked out and still looked normal). As the tech was leaving he said I owed $50 bucks because it wasnt the dryer that was broken and I was shocked because that was not stated when speaking to the owner the day before when I asked about a service fee. I called the owner and texted him and he said he didnt feel the need to tell me of the fee because I stated I checked the fuse box and the breakers already. I told him that was a surprise and unfair charge since it was not stated before the tech came over. Owner continued to argue with me and overall just a sour taste in my mouth at the lack of communication letting me know if I would have to pay for the service or not and what the fee would be.
