              I purchased gifts on 12/11/22. They advised when I called on 12/18 that it would take about 2 weeks for the products to arrive. I have called and emailed numerous times to be told someone would call me back. Email is not responded to. I paid $146.07 order # ******. And I still don’t know if they received my personalization picture or when the items will be arriving .

              My wife bought a Christmas tree ornament at the Grove City location on Dec. 1st. It was a wedding cake with *******s and a place to engrave something. She wanted the year of the wedding on the ornament. They were backed up so they said they would mail it. I did arrive in a few days but a ******* was missing from the center, directly below the engraving. My wife called customer service 3 times and I emailed them. Never heard back.It was only one ornament but I would think someone would have contacted us. Monday I went to Michaels, bought a pack of *******s and glued one on myself, accidentally scratching the metal with the tweezers.***

Absolutely no excuse for the ******* missing and worse yet the lack of follow-up from your calls and email.I would love to speak with you and see how we might make it up to you and make this right in your eyes.
