This business is poorly ran by a management company that’s not honest & owners who don’t care about what happens with their tenants! I’ve had on going issues from the moment I moved into this property. The property manager failed to fix the ongoing issues & then refused to break my lease after I repeatedly asking to leave. I’ve tried to resolve this issue in multiple ways, MANY days & I’ve been ignored. I’ve even asked to have a sit down with management & the owners & that idea was ignored as well. I’ve held rent from this company & out of $26k , $23k was dismissed in court 8/2022. In retaliation, they clean & cut everyones back patio area & skip mine, I’m currently locked out of the apartment & don’t know if my belongings are there or moved because when I asked where are my belongings, Donna (property manager) doesn’t respond. I’ve contacted city hall, Sharrif office & everyone is confirming this is an illegal lockout. YES, I was evicted, however I have rights to get my belongings & even that was a sh*t show! I was evicted because I held the $3k owed because I started getting sick AGAIN from the raw sewage coming up out of my drains in the apartment, (I WAS ANGRY). This problem has been going on for the entire two years & I been not feeling well for a year! (My doctor is currently running tests). This stuff was in my dishwasher! They’d cancel my maintenance orders or mark them complete but never actually come and fix the problems! Because of this neglect the tenant below me pipe burst & ruined her entire kitchen! THIS IS NEGLIGENCE! I have all rights to sue & will take all action! These people need to be exposed! Multiple tenants complain & I wish they REALLY speak up! No way we should have to put up with this mess! The rent is not worth it! They now have a new violation with L&i due to my complaint I took to the city. They have a host of violations & open investigations with the city & you can easily find this information online. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
