We do not have a recorded date on our receipt. We hired this business to evaluate and repair a refrigerator that stopped cooling properly. The business owner of At Home Appliance Repair (Brandon B******) came out and claimed a certain part was needed to be ordered. He claimed to have ordered it and then came to do the repair. I was not home at the time, and my wife was working in her home office, so we did not see an actual repair. The refrigerator continued to not cool properly. Business repair person claimed to have gone on vacation, so we had to wait about 2 weeks for him to come back and assess the issue. When he did, I was not home again, yet he told my wife that the compressor had gone out, though she claims he did not even pull the fridge out to test it. He stated that he could not repair it, and would issue a refund for the part he ordered, and his labor *****************. He claimed he could not refund his service call fee, which I think it thievery, in light of this: We waited the 7 to 10 business days that he said it would take to get the refund, it never showed. We called, and he claimed he was still sending it out. We waited another 2 weeks, and no refund. He called and claimed the refund went to the wrong address and would send it back out. over a week later and still no refund. I send a letter to let him know I was filing a report against his business, yet the letter came back as un-deliverable. I believe we are entitled to the entire $249.29 since He repaired nothing and after over 5 weeks of waiting, nothing has been sent. The address for his business is different on your site, than on his receipt. He claims to be licensed and insured, yet neither identification number is on his receipts or his business website. I believe this is fraud.
