      This agency is unprofessional, swearing at me and expecting me to fit their mistakes when billing my mortgage company for insurances. ****** ****** told me to F off after I was confronting him on the phone for sending an insurance invoice to the wrong mortgage company. And not telling me that they never got paid for my insurance until it was already canceled out. This isn't the first time I have had this issue with this agency not sending over my insurance invoice to be paid. But this is the last time I'll ever deal with ****** or any one from his company again.

      When ****************** mortgage company called us for a renewal invoice for the flood insurance, we emailed it the mortgage company. Three weeks before it was due. However the mortgage company did not get us the payment prior to the renewal date. Unfortunately with flood insurance the payment must be received before the renewal date. It is the only policy with this strict regulation. ************** was very angry on the phone and did not want to hear any resolutions we can offer to him. The policy still could have been issued without a lapse if the mortgage company would overnight the check to the insurance company. We have no control over when a mortgage company decides to make payment. We did have the correct mortgage information on his flood insurance policy and we did communicate with his bank by emailing the invoice, by phone, and mailing it to them three weeks in advance. It is unfortunate when we get blamed for something outside of our control, and under no circumstances do we like to disappoint a client. We were only trying to get the payment problem resolved as quickly as possible for ************** so he would not have a lapse in his policy. But he did not want to stop calling us names, using very vulgar language, and would not allow us to offer him a solution for his problem. In 14 years of business, we have never had something like this occur.

      You did not have the correct mortgage company for the flood insurance. If you had the correct one then the bill would of been paid on time. Its funny that the home owners insurance was paid on time but the flood wasn't. Its also unfortunate that you wanted me to pay the bill since your rep ***** said it couldn't be billed to the mortgage company. Also customers are always right and should be treated with respect not sworn at like you did. You never even gave me a chance to tell you what the mortgage company said before you started telling me to F off. Also it not right for you to wait until the policy is past due to email the home owner about a missed payment. But my issue has since been resolved since I changed agents for both my home and flood insurance. I hope that no one else has to deal with your ignorance and your late emails about missed or late insurance payments again. I hope that this is a ****** to you and your reps to listen to the customer and do the right thing on your part.
