    I came in to purchase a Mini in early November. I was aware of a possible delay due to supply chain issues in the current market, and because of this I started the purchasing process early in order to have a vehicle by the time that my current vehicle would be unusable. *********************, who was helpful during the purchasing process, told me that it would be approximately **** weeks until my new vehicle was in. I did not hear from ************ by the middle of January, and when I reached out I was informed that my Mini was simply not going to be made. ************ sent an email to her supervisor on my behalf, and I asked her to update me about any way in which I could possibly still purchase a Mini. I heard nothing from her for a week and she ignored multiple calls. I finally got in touch, and told her that Id be happy to purchase a sport model if I could be provided a loaner vehicle in the meantime. She said that that was something that they did for customers and shed look into it. Again, I didnt hear from her for a few days. I texted her last week for an update, and when she didnt respond by this week, I sent her a text expressing my displeasure that I had been repeatedly ignored. I know there are issues beyond your control, which prevented my vehicle from being made. However, the lack of communication from your dealership is unacceptable. I was not contacted in December when my car hadnt even started production. By definition, at that time it was most certainly going to be late, and I would be left without any working vehicle. I was not informed that Mini had decided to not produce the car until 2 months after I had ordered and put money toward the vehicle. I was not informed that Mini was not going to find another car for me, a solution that I would have been willing to accept.
