      My wife bought a used jeep grand cherokee overland from Ken pollock 2 years ago since then starting withing the first week of owenership it has been problem after problem money after money I cant even take it on road trios without checking the oil. This company apparently prides itself is their 150point inspections they do but I have been a mechanic for 8 years now and come across so many issues without actually tearing anything apart they won't do anything for my wife I just want the loan gone and the car taken back at this point I would not recommend going there for anything vehicle related and definelty don't work with Travis the sales guy or Derrick .

      In response to the review submitted 9/22/2023 The vehicle was Purchased on Jan 29,2022 w/ 84853 miles The following are the service records and communication since then. Feb 2,2022 w86217 miles came in with oil leak, we replaced Front crank seal at No Charge Mar 29,2022 w 90204 miles oil change, tire rotation June 25,2022 w 96459 miles oil change, tire rotation Oct 8,2022 W103,295 miles oil change, tire rotation, break chattering noise we adjusted 4 backing plates no charge, recommended 4 tires & rear rotors Feb 27, 2023 w110553 miles oil change, state inspection, MPI June 8,2023 w 115969 miles, oil change, tire rotation, MPI We are not aware of any issue with the vehicle.       I have been patient, bought a car and had to return just a few days later dropped it off they were still waiting for another part this was in october 12, 2022. And now after telling me the part was damaged not once but the third time, now i get a message saying the p art will take a few more days and it might be weeks also. But for me to pick up the car because its driveable. When i purchase the car I had no idea that only cause it's driveable that's not what I bought it had a radio. Now is well lady just take it and in a few weeks maybe longer then we'll call you. I had purchase a car before in your company and I was very satisfied. Even some of my family members and never was it so difficult. I have good credit I pay my bills on time. And I know deliveries are late, but they had 3 different deliveries so they said and all we're damaged. My car payment is due, and is November 10th. If I go pick up the car I'm afraid I'll never get a radio I get it by their last message that their tired of me , but all I want is what I'm paying for. Would you please look into this I thank you .       I took my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder to their service center on March 21, 2022 after the check engine light had been coming on intermittently, I had already had it to the garage I normally take it to which a family friend owns and had the code run so I was expecting the same response from Ken Pollock, I did not get that. The family friends shop had run the code and it came up a transmission problem, (I had already known I needed a strut mount also and had that on order) so I drop my car off on the 21st at 545am go to work, work all day, get the news that my uncle has passed away at 2pm which is horrible because this man is like a grandfather to my children so we are heartbroken now, I finish out lunch and have my mom pick myself and my kids up and take us to her house as I live all the way in white haven, then I finally get the call the from Ken Pollock I'm expecting to hear something in regards to a transmission, I do not. The TRANSMISSION WAS NEVER MENTIONED. The gentleman tells me nothing concrete at all and says the code was for a multicylinder miss fire .. that's odd. Ok. Then says I PROBABLY have a blockage in my cat converter and manifold and there's a loud rattle coming from the top section of my engine etc.. long story short I need a new engine and he can get me a used one with a warranty for $13377.39 plus tax with a warranty.. will that be cash or credit? I go pick up my car pay the $132.50 for absolutely nothing take it back to my normal garage have their master mechanic look at it with the list of problems ken Pollock gave me and go figure. . there's nothing wrong but the strut mount and a sensor. I will never go near Ken Pollock or any Nissan dealership again. My trust with Nissan is irrevocably broken after this, they should have a better handle on how their dealerships are handling their customers. $13000, they almost took me for..... Amazing
