Don't bother, worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!!! Had a scheduled appointment one week in advance to have a key made for our Volkswagen Jetta. They told me to be there at 8:30am when they opened, and it would take 1 hour to program the key. We had a car break down and were literally 5 minutes late into the building. I called to tell them I would be a few minutes late and the women literally argued with me at 8:30 am not to bother to come. I was parked outside of the building by 8:33 am, when she stated her technician would come out to meet me. By the time I got into the office, the women told me her technician had left to go to another job. I asked her how the technician that was scheduled to be with me for one hour left at 8;35am. She continued to argue with me stating he had to drive to his next job at 9am. I said that is impossible if you had me scheduled for 1 hour, that there would be an appointment scheduled at 9am that required 25 minute drive time. She told me I was messing up her schedule and would put all her other jobs behind because I was 5 minutes late. She offered to cut the key that would not have the remote aspects that we had originally agreed upon, otherwise I needed to schedule for another day. I asked for another time that day, she stated she was completely booked all day. But, I said you must have an hour free at the end of the day, since you know have an 55 minutes free in losing my scheduled appointment. Honestly, it made no sense at all what she was saying. (I will admit I did raise my voice). She handed back the key to me and stated, I will not deal with your hostility. I suspect they likely didn't have me scheduled or over-scheduled themselves and used the 5 minutes late as a way to put the burden on the customer. I wish I had gotten this women's name, as she should NEVER work with people. Felt so disrespected by this women.
