Hi we bought this vehicle with a 50/50 30 day 1000 miles warranty first morning after purchasing the vehicle I go outside start the truck up and realize it has pretty loud knock to the motor and there’s oil under truck in front and rear end of truck contact dealer let them know my concerns he calls me back explains to me to bring truck to my choice of shop to have rear end taken care of which was a pinion seal tells me they will pay for it I go and drop truck off tell him it’s done now they tell me the $150 bill I am stuck paying for now and he will deduct $150 off the oil pan gasket which is also bad and leaking pretty good I explain there is a bad knock in motor I want to get that handled first it shouldn’t be banging the way it is when cold until it warms up days go by I keep explaining my concern for the motor for the truck we just spend so much money on he tells me to bring it up we will check it out this past Saturday December 2nd I believe it was I drove up let truck sit till it cold off almost 2 hours boss comes out I start the truck up his mechanic says he hears something could be the cam phasers in the motor then he tells me I don’t really hear to much and I say for the price I paid truck should be making any noises any of these leaks shouldn’t have all these issues he tells me well it has 130000 miles on it it’s gonna make noises and have leaks and not be perfect I told them I’m not happy and I want this taken care of either the knock inside the engine fixed or replaced ice driven the truck a few hundred miles I want the oil pan gasket seal replaced and refunded for the money I put into the rear end seal they keep putting me off buying time and trying to let the 30 days pass or 1000 miles so I’m out of there hair the day I bought the vehicle he told me and my wife to wait in the building while he got it ready and stuff drove it down street for a couple minutes came back let it idle to the point where it was warm that’s why we never heard it at dealer
