    I am a disabled vet and working for myself when I can. 1.) On 5-4-2022 Brown Point sent me to ******************* ** which is 100+ miles from ******* to perform a very small tile replacement of about 12 peace's of 6"/6" tiles. The first time i called and set up a time to replace the tile the floor was not clean of meat cuttings and blood. I set this up with *************************** manger, he was not there when I got there, and I waited for him to call back and he told me he forgot to tell the supervisor I was coming and to have the floor clean and dry. I called back a day or two later and we set this up once again for 5-17-2022. After telling ******************************** Account Coordinator she told me to talk to ************ and set it up again and let her know what day we were going back. 2.) On 5-17-2022 My help and I drove to ******************* and found the floor was uncleaned again and when I called ************ and talked to him, then i had to wait for him to call his supervisor then he told me they forgot to clean the floor. So, I call ******************************** and told her what was going on the ride home and left a message the next day she told me to wait until she talked to corp. office, and she would get back to me. when I did not hear from here, I called her, and she said set it up again. 3.) I call ************ and we set up the third trip to the Base for 6-7-2022 and when we arrived the floor was still wet and there were rolls of paper towels in the holes where the tile was missing trying to sock-up the water coming from under the rest of the tile. When we removed 12 broken tiles, we found lots of water coming from under the rest of the tile and molded mildewy meat in the places where grout should have been which is how the water keeps getting under the tile. I told the store manager, and I called Browns Point ant left ******************************** and she answered so I talked about the tile floor needed to be replaced totally. I was told on replace what I took up on 8-22-2022 but there were more

We do appreciate him as a partner and service provider and look forward to continuing our long standing relationship.
