              A large amount of money of $1084 was removed from my account using someone else's rent check to remove money from my account to pay their check. The name on the check is a different person from me, as well as a different financial institution, Citizens. I would like the amount returned to my account as soon as possible.

              Not off to a great start. The car dealership had me redo all of the loan paperwork due to an error on someone elses end. That wasnt sent in until February. Navigant just got in touch with me 2/21/2024 via email. No statements or account for me has been created and I dont even have a place to send an unknown payment amount to them. My first payment is due 03/01/2024. I told them I cant possible pay on time since literally nothing has been set up and I was just contacted today. They said nothing can be done.
