First and foremost, this plumber arrived late at my house; however, that was the least of our concerns. He presents himself as a warm and trustworthy company. He isn't. He will take advantage of your situation and use it to manipulate you into completing work. ****** was adamant that we not use the toilets or water because it would exacerbate the situation. He stated that if we call him back to complete the work, he will charge 30% more than the $2300 he has set aside because he was present. Furthermore, he asked me to sign a blank work order form (which I should not have done). He then performed the work and recorded on the work order that he had completed work he had not performed. I was present. I witnessed what he did. He charged us $2300 to investigate the main drain, which had no issues other than offsets that I photographed. "We have cleared the sewer line using various drain cleaning equipment," his work order stated. He DID NOT clear anything, for one. Two, there was an absence of VARIOUS cleaning equipment. There was a machine with a camera that went down the drain where heshowed me that there was no blockage, just the offsets thathe showed me. I was shocked and couldn't believe what he did when I read the work order. In retrospect, it's clear that he was manipulating the situation to get what he wanted out of us through any means necessary (including instilling fear). We are now $2300 in debt and must take additional action.
