*************** I am very disappointed with the service. ****** ******** was unprofessional and rude. I arrived on time for my appointment, but had to wait longer than expected, despite fasting for my blood test. Then, he informed me that they were out of stock on the necessary tubes for the test. As a result, my wellness testing was not completed. This is unacceptable. The clinics service was below standard and felt unorganized. I consider this clinic as third world country clinic.Review from Richard B

On September 27 2024 i had an appointment for a DOT physical, On my health form i answered the question of any cardiac issues in the past of which i said yes, i had surgery for 3 stents in 2018 and since then have never had a issue getting my health certification for my CDL. I paid the ****** and after charging my credit card the Nurse informed me i would need some cardiac testing done before she would sign my certificate as proof i don't have any heart issues. On the request form it said i needed an ETT, a Cardiac CT scan or some other test i had never heard of. I asked her why she didn't make me aware of this before charging my card to which she said if i returned with a signed form with cardiac testing results within 28 days i would be issued a certificate. My original certificate expired on October 12 2024, i need the certificate to drive truck for my seasonal job with the public works **** i work for, So i made an appointment with my cardiologist for Monday October 7 and had an ECG done i took the results back to the Minute clinic on October 10 and was told it wasn't sufficient as proof of no heart issues. I have since made an appointment with another DOT Doctor and he said my ECG results were sufficient for him to issue me a certificate, and he never heard of the other tests they wanted, I have since tried calling Minute clinic and have had no responses and today waited 1 hour and 9 minutes on hold with no response, i will never use or endorse minute clinic ever againReview from Brianna Z

I received a call after an appointment at a MinuteClinic that I was unable to answer. I attempted to call back, but was on hold for 45 minutes before giving up. They called again the next day, I again was unable to answer due to my job requirements. I called back as soon as I was able and again was on hold for 45 minutes. I tried again the next day, but was on hold for 20 minutes before giving up. I then received a notice that I needed to be home to sign for a *** package from MinuteClinic (which I originally thought was a scam, but my *** portal had the delivery on it). I waited around for the package in case it was important. It wasn't. It was a single piece of paper informing me they had attempted to contact me twice about my results and I needed to get in contact with them. I sat on hold for an hour and fifteen minutes since I had the day off from work and still no answer. I am not one to post reviews, but this is AWFUL. I have no idea if there is something wrong that I need to deal with or not. I have only given 2 stars instead of 1, because when I go in person the staff is quite helpful and it saves me going to a regular doctor. If I could give their customer service number stars, it would be zero.Review from Pamala C

The Minute Clinic at ******************* in ** failed to inform me that they didnt have the ***** vaccine that I made an appointment to receive. Neither did the medical practitioner offer to help me get the vaccine from the pharmacy even though they were offering walk-up appointments that day. If Minute Clinic is under the same corporate umbrella as CVS and located in a CVS building, I dont understand why the medical practitioner couldnt simply direct me to the pharmacy. And if Minute Clinic runs out of vaccine or doesnt have it, I should be informed in advance of the appointment. What a poorly run operation.Review from Mei M

My daughter worked at ******* and other caregivers were out sick due to flu. My daughter came home one day and felt sick which she believed she might have flu. We booked appointment with CVS Minute Clinic in the late afternoon. Before her appointment, my daughter did Covid test at home and the result came back negative. My daughter inform the ** that she worked with kids and all caregivers were out sick due to flu. My daughter also informed the ** that Covid home test was negative. The ** did ONE quick swap and ran THREE tests from that one swap -*****, COVID and FLU. Just as we expected, Strep and Covid were negative, My daughter had FLU. The visit was in and out within 15 minutes. We were billed for over $500 for the 15 minutes visit and the ***** +COVID tests were unnecessary. A good medical practitioner with common sense should run flu test instead of testing ALL possibilities. The ** billed our insurance provider ***** for EXTENDED COMPREHENSIVE visit instead of standard office visit (comprehensive office visit is >=30 mins billing code ***** and standard office visit is <30 mins billing code *****). The ** (Ms. ***** ******) is dishonest and unprofessional either way. We had to pay both unnecessary ***** + COVID tests and the fraudulent charge of overtime that the ** coded for EXTENDED COMPREHENSIVE visit. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME!!!Review from Gladys H

I was visiting my son in ******** when I experienced a drop in my blood level due to my condition and being extremely tired. I have my doctor orders on what lab work to perform when this happens on my phone. Not being from ****** and not sure on how their health system worked I called (Longs Drugs) CVS minute clinic to see if they did lab work or could they tell me where I could go. They said I need to make an appointment so I asked again if they provided the services required and the cost of the services. The person who I spoke with on the phone told me $25.00. So, I made the appointment. I got an notification reminding me of the appointment. I called again and asked the same two questions can they provide the services and the cost of the services and was told the same thing again $25.00. I arrived at the appointment the young lady did my blood pressure and temperature and asked me to have a seat. Once again I asked her about the lab work explaining that I have my orders on my phone so they can see what my doctor orders. I had to wait a very long time to see the doctor. I go in have a seat she asked me a few questions. I explain my situation and what my doctor have provided. This doctor never touched me and going to hand me a piece of paper with the same thing thats on my phone along with an address saying I need to go to this location to have the services provided and then tells me that would be a $139. I said thats not what I was told and that I didnt have that amount of money. She wanted to argue that wasnt told what I was told on the phone. I told her go back and listen to the recording. Now I got a collection agency calling me in less than four months after the service. Because I told them I was disputing the bill. This was crazy I could have gone directly to the lab. I did not need anything from *** it was a scam to me so they could charge me for a service they do not provide. I asked them if they could provide the services they should have said no.Review from Elizabeth K

I would give no stars if the option existed. Paid $99 yesterday to have a FaceTime consult. The clinician showed up quickly, made a diagnosis and told me that they were calling in a prescription to my local CVS. When I went there, my name and prescription was not in the system. I came home and talked to three people over a period of 30 min. Finally, the third person contacted the clinician who said the prescription wouldnt send and apologized. The call handler then processed the prescription again although the pharmacy was now closed. I went back this morning and, once again, neither my name nor the prescription was in the system. I went home and called the MinuteClinic number and waited for 30 min but no one picked up. At this point, we will get the credit card company to rescind the charge. Never again. Better to go to a walk-in clinic. MinuteClinic is a scam. ****************************** ******** **Review from James L

Star rating -5 CVS Minute Clinic obtained my Credit Card number and charged my card without my authorization.I did not give any authorization to charge my credit card for my visit to Minute Clinic. I was not asked for my credit card, nor was any billing discussed. A bill I received with charges already made to my credit card states that I signed an agreement to pay.I was ONLY made aware that I was signing a consent to treatment and that is all. CVS minute clinic did not have authorization to use this credit card nor should they have had any credit card number on file relating to this treatment. This can only mean CVS minute clinic had to go into my CVS retail account and use the credit card that I or my spouse had used to pay for prescriptions. This is NOT right, this is NOT ethical and I have an issue with it.
