terrible. technician said he could install mini split for a busy dog grooming salon. took four hours and did nothing but make a mess and damage the copper wiring. continually asked the groomers who were trying to do their own jobs grooming dogs their opinions about how to wire the machine. had 2 of the groomers helping him hang the machine. would NOT stop talking to the groomers and salon manager. it was clear that he did not know what he was doing. he was on the phone to "tech support" speaking to them very rudely. salon owner had to basically goad him out the door at closing. he was only supposed to be there for a consultation! now the side of the building has huge holes in it, the copper wiring is crimped and he left a HUGE mess inside. then- no word about when he'd be back to "finish" the job. unprofessional, not knowledgeable, not even pleasant to be around because of the odor.

My opinion is my cousin had dropped-off his dog to have groomed at location in Berea Community. My opinion is a man and I struck up a conversation, and he inquired something about mini-split HVAC unit, and he led me to rear of business, where he, or someone, had several units lined near wall. My opinion is the man indicated he desired to have installed at other store, located in Taylors, SC, near **** ******* ****. My opinion is I related he would have to have units delivered to other store if he needed help. My opinion is I related I get $130 service call, which is deducted from contact price if customer desires future work. My opinion is I arrived at ********* ******** *****, and I noted two females engaged in a what I felt may have been a heated exchange, and I thought, Wow! My opinion is I inquired where units were bought from, as the name was a name I had not before seen, and the lady, with a very curt response, related I would have to as *******. My opinion is I wondered how he had several units, not simply one. My opinion is this business was hot, had loud music, had a bad odor, had dog hair galore; worse, had dog kennels screwed and zip tied to walls, not the kind of place I would desire to take a pet. My opinion is I worked all day, until closing, contrary to what review indicated, and one wire what I call a molex plug, and I could not find tech support for this unit, nor could I find the plug-in on the condenser. My opinion is I had to walk outside to try to rearch, hear over the confusion inside concern, and I noted one of the lady's who I had seen upon entering, and then I went inside and viewed the lady crying, and I thought the ***** lady is not the kind of person I choose to have many future if relations if she treats people like she treated the other lady. My opinion is I had viewed a man on moped, with trailer, going into woods behind building, so I choose not to leave condenser outside because I know they can be high theft items. My opinion is the lady wrote me $250 check, and I related, since I have weake transmission, if she would simply write check for $130 and this way if anything happened, we would be even. My opinion is left business, headed home, checked text message, and the man railed that he wanted the $250 returned, and I had to tell him I did not take $250, and then indicated nasty remarks. My opinion is the lady mentioned somethings about odor when she was even hardly me, and I find this amusing as I thought ********* ****** ***** kinda smelled funky. My opinion is if ****, with ********* ******** ***** thinks childish remarks like this are funny, she may want to re-think her childish remarks. My opinion is I will never work for **** or ******* or ********* ******** *****, as I feel they are not the market I cater to, nor do I ever want to see these people ever again. My opinion is the one star review does not bother me, for I have worked in this community for over thirty years, and I have witnessed many newcomers and varied ideas, but my market is to good, honest, decent people. My opinion is I will not be held hostage to low class games of this nature.
