While vacationing in ************ we had a hot water heater issue. We called them to come look at it. We were charged the $70 fee for them to come and had an appt for Thursday. We sat and waited ALL day (on our vacation) and finally called them at 5 pm. We were told our appt was changed to Saturday. Had we not called we would not have been there Saturday since they changed the day without notifying us. Saturday he is now one hour late and we call again. He will be there "soon". Finally we saw him entering campground and he drives by. Calls us and says he can't find us. The office gave him the wrong make of RV! He is there less than 10 mins and tells us he will "get us a quote" for the repair he felt it needed. Two weeks later, we are now home and we get a call that they will give us a quote and we owe the diagnostic fee. We told him what error code we had and he went with that. There was no diagnostics done. We said we shouldn't have to pay any additional fees and they insisted we did. So not to wreck our credit because of their incompetence we regretfully paid them. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! They are a disorganized, incompetent place of business who doesn't care about their customers at all.Review from Don D

The absolute worst place I have ever done business with! I ordered an ac unit at $1400 a little over a month in advance because you all had to order the unit. Scheduled for you all to change it out the Friday before Memorial Day weekend. I was told to be set up in ******************* by 1pm and that the technician would be there at 1. Called you all at 10:30 to confirm, you all said yes and that someone would be there between 1-3. 3:30 came around and no one showed up or called so I called you all. I was then told theres an issue and you all couldnt find my ac that you all ordered with the $1400 that I paid you all. Said it shows in the system that one is in stock but you all cant find it. Spoke with a manager who said I just became aware of the situation and then a few moments later said I thought someone called you all yesterday to tell you about the issue. But he only heard about a few minutes ago. Hmmm. I then said it sounds like another customer needed an ac unit like the one I had bought a month ago and you all sold it to them but then forgot to reorder one to replace mine. The manager went silent and then began to stutter. I dont know, Im not saying thats what happened but I dont know. Another manager got on the phone and had the nerve to say I think I can get another unit in by Tuesday afternoon, which we had to leave out Tuesday morning. He then said I can refund you the full amount that you paid for the unit. THE FULL AMOUNT! You dang right youre going to refund me the full amount. Never did he try to come to a solution. I would not recommend anyone to use this place.Campers Inn RV Response

Went to pick up our new camper and found that a piece of trim that was in place when we purchased and took ownership of the ** was missing. Was told by 2 employees that the piece was removed by a ********** staff and put in another ** to please a disgruntle customer. Was also told that this was a common practice at Campers Inn Merrimack. Our concern was that it was done without anyone in Sales being told. No replacement part was ordered to replace it. this practice opens up a unlimited amount of questions. What else was taken, did the 200+ point inspection ever take place, who authorized a part to be removed from a ** that was NOT owned by Campers INN. Take a piece from an ** still owned by a company is their practice and OK. Take something from a ** owned, Registered, and insured by a private citizen is called THEFT. Told by a supervisor that highly unlikely this happened even when we were told the exact opposite by 2 employees who got the info from someone else in the company. We got and apology from a very embarrassed salesman but not a word from anybody in Management they could care less. Sale made money earned. I have loss all trust, and confidence in Campers Inn that they operate with any integrity. I will say that the sales person was honest and did his job and at least had the professionalism and integrity to be truthful. That goes for the Demo person also. My only regret is they didn't have the authority to hold accountable the staff responsible for entering ****** and stealing a part. The part stolen was small and led to a numerous amount of negative events that didn't need to happen. It shattered all the positive feeling we had upon purchasing a new **. Have not heard from ONE supervisor to confirm that this issue was addressed or attempt to reassure us that Campers Inn even Cares. If you deal with this place I would suggest becoming familiar with the Consumer Protection Act of **.Review from Stephanie H

So I called campers inn to have repairs done on a camper I bought from them because I was having a leak in the backslide they came out to fix it and charged us 101 dollars well it didnt fix the problem.. so we went back up there and they said the part was on order since April.. so now they are filing it with a warranty company so I ask what did I pay for since it didnt fix the problem and he just said it was misdiagnosed.. and the refrigerator went out in it also along with the front room leaking so he is filing the fridge with the warranty people but they wont cover the leak in the from room., and he said it will be ****** to reseal the windows are you kidding me and we also had to pay for a spot on the campground because they didnt have room to work on it at the store.. then we had to pay 45 dollars for them to come out to the campsite to work on it,, they are all about scamming people out of there money.. the warranty people said they are saying it takes 3 hours to fix the fridge but campers inn is saying 5.. and I also have a sewage smell inside the camper without it being hooked up to anything and he didnt even mention that.. I have had nothing but problems out of this camper since we bought it.. and now they dont even make this camper anymore.. but I see why its junk and they wont stand by there products.. he even told me that they dont even mess with the fridge because thats not there product I said put it ins your product how is it not your product.. this is the worse company I have ever dealt with and its not like Im close by Im 4 hours away and I cant even get a straight answer on nothing and they will start working on it and then turn around and give you a different price all together.. I wish I would of never bought this camper from themCampers Inn RV Response

We are working with the customer and currently have their unit on our lot. We have been working with the extended warranty company to get as much approved as possible for the issues they are having. Some items on their list are considered normal Maintenace issues.
I have been in communication with ************* and we have discussed plans to make the needed repairs. We always let customers know up front of our fees to diagnose and to come. We have a service area that is outdoors and can hold 12 campers. Doing work at the store is not easy but if a customer is willing to wait for a spot we can accommodate that. We cannot store campers due to space constraints. The customer keeps their camper in a storage lot and we have worked out plans to work on unit when not in use
The customer overfilled their black tank causing it to fall out on site. They tried to make the repairs themselves not realizing the pipe in the wall was broken The sewage smell is from this incident.
At this time I feel we are working with the customer to assist as much as possible

I left one star with this organization and I was hard pressed to do that. Please use extreme caution if you decide to purchase a RV from them. I have been pursuing this company and its owner since shortly after I purchased a RV back in July, of 2020. Their mentality is to step on the little guy and hope to ride out any prior agreements made. They will fault the buyer and side with management, even if you have all the documentation that proves an agreement was made. Their service department is a total joke and very unreliable. Have an attorney with you when you negotiate a purchase for an RV from start to finish. Make sure you fully understand the P.O.M. PDI, LP, Battery, Walk, Clean fee they charge, it is very deceptive. I am sure this company has an army of attorney's on retainer, so they will just ride it out.
