Hello, we have no record of this customer or email in our database. Could we please request an order number/date purchased or more info? When he says he received it, it is obviously through our website. I am willing to share a screen shot from our website showing no record of *********************** or ******************.
Please help us to resolve this and help the customer. We do not sell anything fake and definitely do not want customers feeling this way. If for any reason the items he purchased as indicated are not verifying, we can take care of that.

We found the order under a *********************** with the email ********************
I have reached out to the customer by email to help resolve this either by sending the product back for full refund using our prepaid label or sending us the *** code so we can reach out to the manufacture to update their database for him. I am waiting to hear back. We will also have the manufacture reach out to him by email to insure that the product is authentic. Please allow us to rectify this and not post this review. Thank you in advance

We found a message from the customer. showing a screen shot of the box not authenticating. They used *************** it should be FG. The customer typed in the incorrect letters. You could verify this product via *************************************** ***************
I'll communicate the customer typo with him/her. Please verify and remove this review
