04/03/2024 When the Tech arrived he asked what's the issue, I explained that the A/C unit not turning on. He then went to the unit and then removed the side panel and then checked the pressure and said there is no refrigerant in the system, and could have a leak, I can recharge the system and see how it goes from there, and also do not turn on the heat. The recharge could take up to 9 lbs at 135.00 a lbs. Billing: 6 lbs @ 135.00 = 810.00 + Labor=90.00 + service call=45.00 Toal = 945.00. 04/18/2024 Hired anonther Hvac Service and I explained what the other tech said, he responded that he should have tested for the leak first. The tech noticed the system brand and said he knows there is an issue with the copper tubing that contains the refrigerant, and showed me the leak by spaying water at the tubing and i could see the bubbles. The tech then was able to fix the leak, and recharge the system. Billing: 6.6 lbs @ 65.00=430.00 service call 100.00 total = 530.00. Other Customers need to be aware of the company hires uncertified techs...

I am the owner/operator of this business. We don’t hire anyone. I told you upon arrival what the issues were. You decided to recharge the unit not repair the unit you wanted a quick fix. my recommendation was repairing said leak by replacing the coil or a system replacement, which you declined all of that. We are not a local company to you. You stated you called us due to our rating and reviews. We drove an hour and a half to your location.You are complaining about price point on refrigerant. To run our company we have to pay insurance, licenses, as well as state licenses along with all the other over head cost that it takes to run a business. This is the first that I am hearing about the unit not being fixed. You didn’t call to inform me of the problem you contacted the BBB with. You signed paperwork after we completed work saying that the job was completed to your satisfaction. Instead you just went to the BBB when this could have been handled with a phone call. I am attaching a copy of the paperwork/bill however they will not publish it. If you are like this customer please don’t call my phone. I will be responding not some untrained technician like this guy said. This customer didn’t call us letting us have the chance to fix the problem however in his complaint each company has done the same thing each time his unit had the same problem it is just a price matter not a technician issue with this customer.
