              This company has inaccurately entered information on my credit report, which is damaging. The accounts and information are as follows: the account ending in **** for $1,046 and the account ending in **** for $394. These accounts are closed and have been for some time. This company sent these accounts to outside collections, which have been paid off. These amounts appeared all of a sudden and have lowered my credit score. I will be taking legal action if this matter is not taken care of.

              Disappointed in First Premier Bank As a customer of First Premier Bank since 2021, I’m extremely disappointed with their recent actions and the lack of support I’ve received. Not only have I had issues with my available credit after making payments, but I’m also troubled by the fact that First Premier Bank seems to target low-income, Black communities with credit cards that often come with high fees and little transparency. It’s frustrating to see a financial institution that should be helping communities instead appear to take advantage of them. I believe companies like First Premier have a responsibility to treat their customers with respect and fairness—especially those who trust them to build financial security. This needs to change. #FinancialJustice #HoldBanksAccountable #DoBetter #CommunityFirst
